How IBIA is future-proofing Canadian sport integrity

The IBIA has committed CA$300,000 over three years to player education in Canada, supported by members Bet365, Betway and FanDuel. The project provided training for nearly 200 athletes in the Canadian Premier League in 2024.

PFA Canada announced yesterday at its Annual General Meeting the organization’s newly elected leadership team.
Marco Carducci, initially elected as First Vice-President to PFA Canada’s founding board in 2020, was acclaimed as President. Rounding out the rest of the PFA Canada roster are: Ben Fisk, First Vice-President (Vancouver FC), Callum Irving, Second Vice President (Vancouver FC), Bradley Kamdem Fewo, Treasurer (Cavalry FC), Manuel Aparicio, Director (Atlético Ottawa), Josh Heard, Director, (Pacific FC).

Cavalry FC goalkeeper Marco Carducci recently took over from Marcel de Jong as president of PFA Canada. The 26-year-old will hold the position until the next election in spring 2023, when he will be welcome to run again for a full term.
