DAN KRUK
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dan Kruk is the Executive Director and co-founder of PFA Canada. Appointed in 2020, Dan is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the association and oversees communications and strategic direction. He represents Canadian Premier League (CPL) players and Canadian professionals overseas experiencing contract difficulties and ensures PFA Canada's player-centred agenda is understood throughout the industry. In 2021, Dan facilitated PFA Canada becoming a candidate member of FIFPRO and in 2022, led the organization's successful campaign to obtain collective bargaining rights for CPL players.
Prior to PFA Canada, Dan worked as a political and union organizer. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and lives in Vancouver, British Columbia with his spouse and youngest child.

SENIOR COUNSEL
Ian Fellows is a senior partner at Ursel Phillips Fellows Hopkinson LLP, one of Canada's leading trade union law firms. His practice is focused exclusively upon assisting trade unions and working people. With more than 30 years experience, Ian has the knowledge, experience and skills to get results in obtaining bargaining rights, negotiating collective agreements and litigating cases.
Ian was appointed General Counsel to PFA Canada in the spring of 2022. Since then, Ian has guided PFA Canada's effort to become the formal bargaining agent for Canadian Premier League players whilst advising them on contract issues and other matters related to their employment.

Simon Blackstone is a partner at Ursel Phillips Fellows Hopkinson LLP, one of Canada's leading trade union law firms. He has a general labour relations practice with a focus on labour arbitration and labour board litigation, as well as providing strategic advice and supporting collective bargaining. Simon has a national labour relations practice, assisting clients across Canada.
Simon was appointed Counsel to PFA Canada in the spring of 2022 and has since that time has worked towards the recognition of PFA Canada as the bargaining agent for CPL players as well as providing ongoing advice on a range of employment matters.
